Professional Team

The Elder Housing development at Prospect New Town will be created through an active partnership between the future residents and an experienced team of development professionals knowledgeable in neighborhood design and construction. Below is a list of the Professionals currently working on this project.

Developer

Kiki Wallace: Kiki has been the driving force behind Prospect New Town since it's inception. He conceived of a senior housing component at Prospect from the beginning and he is excited that his vision is now coming to fruition. Kiki brings 10 years of development experience as the master developer for Prospect. 

Marketing and Community Building

Zev Paiss and Neshama Abraham: This husband and wife consulting team have worked with over two dozen projects of this kind since 1991. They are national experts in the areas of Community Building, Marketing and working with the Press. Neshama focuses on the membership building and helping the group create an effective grassroots marketing program. She is also a professional writer and is the project Media Contact for reporters wanting to do stories about this innovative elder housing lifestyle. Zev specializes in creating a strong community building program so the project has a clear Vision Statement and members maintain open communication and form a cohesive supportive community.

Kate de LaGrange: Kate is an experienced group facilitator who will be leading a series of discussion groups to help prospective members talk about issues around “Aging in community” and become familiar with this new housing model. Kate has a master’s degree in psychology and has trained in the Virginia Satir method.
