Prospect's neighborhood plan offers a wide range of housing options. Home types include detached houses, townhouses, courtyard homes, apartments, live/work lofts, built in a broad variety of architectural styles, and many designed by nationally recognized architects.

There are many different builders working in Prospect, and each builder uses different architects throughout the country, ensuring that each home is unique in architectural design and layout. Almost every home in Prospect has views of the Rocky Mountains.

Prospect is in its fourth of five phases of development, and the entire development should be built out by 2012. Condos in Prospect start at around $150,000, townhomes start at around $420,000, and houses start at around $480,000.
