Where Rural Country
Meets Urban Downtown

Colorado’s Premier New Urbanist Community

Located on a former 80-acre tree farm, Prospect New Town was designed for people who want the best of city living with a small town attitude. Intimate, tree-lined streets, numerous parks, and bold and stylish architecture dominated by front porches are the norm here. Eat at a variety of unique restaurants, shop at one-of-a-kind boutiques or attend one of our various public events. There is something for everyone here.
